Our Commitment to You

Hometown Care is a locally and family-owned agency providing service to communities in Northeast Ohio since 2008. In October 2023, we celebrated our 15 year anniversary and the thousands of employees and patients who have worked with or received care from our agency. We are proud to call NE Ohio our home, to hire within our community and to provide care to our friends, loved ones and neighbors. There is no better place for a person to be cared for than their own home.

We pride ourselves on our advocacy and education, and take part in testimony to legislative and governing bodies to assist with development and improvement of the home health industry. We are members of the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice, the Ohio Home Care Network, including various committees including the Political Advocacy Committee for the OCHCH. We participated in advocacy that contributed to historic increases in home health reimbursement to Medicaid recipients, because we believe in financing the workforce providing care to our patients. Our belief is that a well-trained, happy workforce will provide the best care to our patients.
