Medical

SKILLED NURSING
We have RNs and LPNs on staff for initial client assessments and ongoing evaluations. This service includes development of a personal care plan based on our clients’ specific needs at no extra charge.

SKILLED THERAPIES
We work with highly trained and qualified physical, occupational, and speech therapists so that you can reach your at-home rehabilitative needs.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Available to assess patient needs and assist with locating resources.

Personal Care

24/7 DIRECT CARE
Up to 24/7 direct care available, including respite care, hands-on personal care, bathing assistance, toileting help, medication reminders, and more.

PERSONAL CARE
We assist with showers or partial baths, toileting, incontinence care, dressing, mobility and daily grooming.

MEDICATION REMINDERS
Staff can monitor medication routine compliance, assist with reminders, provide water and food to take with medications, and help with opening containers to take medications.

COMPANIONSHIP/RESPITE CARE
One of the primary services we offer is supervising your loved ones when family is unable to be with them. From chatting or playing cards to going for walks, social interaction keeps clients engaged and connected.

Household Help

HOMEMAKER SERVICES
We offer the basic upkeep and maintenance required to run a normal household. Light housekeeping includes dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, laundry and ironing.

MEAL PREPARATION
Our home health aide staff is trained to prepare hot, healthy meals according to the client’s health conditions or limitations to meet daily nutritional requirements.

ERRANDS
We are happy to assist our clients with basic errands such as: grocery shopping, going to the post office, making deposits at their banks, picking up prescriptions, etc.

PET MAINTENANCE
Our older clients often have pets as extended family members to keep them company. Our staff will assist in caring for pets by helping with feeding, toileting and exercise.
